The guy was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. He's mostly into mountain bikes and fat tire bikes, but he looked around and found a replacement rim for my road bike. I asked him how much he wanted and he just gave it to me.

This is THE bike shop to go to. Great bike brands, lots of accessories, and the best service ANYWHERE! The owner of the shop is an avid bike rider and great mechanic. When I go there for service, it's usually done the same or next day. Even swing arm pivot replacement was done the next day. Most shops don't stock anything like that and you wait weeks for parts. I even had a warranty part that had to be sent back to the factory and in the meantime, he put on a brake for me to use while mine was being looked at by the manufacturer. Nobody else does that!.
