I just called (Edmunds Ace in Henniker) to get info on Havahart traps, and Mike (the older gentleman who answered the phone) was a delight. He was confident in his answers, he was friendly, and had a sense of humor. It was customer service like it used to be, and I hung up feeling better about the world. Honestly, I'm not trying to be corny, but it was that pleasant an exchange about woodchucks and traps.
The BEST Hardware store in all of New England. Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and nice. They have everything need.
